Founder and President Karen Lynn has spent much of her 30 year career as an entrepreneur, mentoring young adults with special needs, helping them be the best they can be. Karen combined her passion for dogs and needle arts in launching MisterMigs.com, a business initiative that embraces teamwork, creativity, entrepreneurship and community involvement. Karen and her husband Tim live with their West Highland White Terrier Wilbur, and their four rescued chi chis; MiMee, Miss Daisy, Louey, and the real Mister Migs.

Mary Justman, Vice President, brings over 20 years experience to Mister Migs and Wow In-Sync in the areas of education, marketing, product development, merchandising, and business. Mary has held key positions in both the public and private sector as Academic Program Director, Academic Dean, Merchandise Buyer, Store Manager, Fashion Event Coordinator, and Regional Director of Fashion Group International.™ She holds a BS in Merchandising from Florida State University and an MBA. Mary and her husband live in Conyers with their rescued dog, Max.
